The bavette or sirloin flap steak is one of our favorite cuts!   If a tenderloin filet and a skirt steak had a baby, it would be a sirloin bavette.  Incredible on the grill or in a skillet.  You will not be disapointed.  

A boneless cut with a hearty texture. Sirloin flap is similar to skirt or fajita steak but a thicker cut of meat and extremely tender.  Ours are cut to large steak portions and can be prepared and served as an entire steak or cut cross-grain for fajitas or sandwiches.

Cuts average 16 oz per package.
