The unicorn of beef cuts. The Hanger steak is traditionally known as the Butchers cut because butchers would elect to keep it for themselves rather than offer for sale. With only one cut on every calf, the hanger is a highly sought after and rarely available steak cut. Extremely tender and flavorful, the Hanger will not disappoint.
