The coulotte or picanha cut is the prize cut of beef you see in Brazilian style steakhouses.  With plenty of marbling, this is a juicy and savory roast type cut.  Best roasted in the oven or smoked slowly on the grill.  Only 2 of these on each steer so get them while they last!

Approximately 2 lbs. each .  Can be roasted/smoked wholle, cut into steaks and grilled, or cut into steaks and bent/scewered for Brazilian style.
